Be Our Guests — Our Challenge: In addition to establishing the visual identity, name, and strategic positioning of Domicile’s new real estate development, TUXEDO’s mission was to develop a new approach to the customized condominium, starting with a modern-looking sales office. Our Solution: Move away from the traditional offer with its limited choice of options, materials, and layouts. We wanted to break this impression of cookie-cutter design often associated with large developments. We wanted to create a warm space that was modern, inspiring, and convivial where potential buyers could see the many “à la carte” possibilities available to them. Our Results: A dynamic, interactive decor, making you feel like you’ve just walked into a personalized apartment, from the kitchen to the living room: boots in the entry hall, a bike in a corner, books in the bookcases; the very opposite of the usual home-staged decor.
