An In-Store Experience — Our Challenge: Engage the customer in-store for the “Kiehl’s Gives Charity” initiative. Our Solution: Create an interactive application that will allow customers to view Kiehl’s promotional video and access the brand’s microsite to vote for the charity program of their choice. Our Results: Kiehl’s retail stores in Canada are the first in the cosmetic and beauty industry to use iPads to engage their customers in a new charitable shopping experience.
