Beauty Boutique — Our mandate: To pursue Shoppers Drug Mart’s new identity development in a new space configuration : the Toronto Eaton Centre. We had to integrate once more an environment highlighting luxury brands while still being approachable to the mass market. Our Solution: We created the Beauty Boutique, which transformed the retail experience and made it more interactive through animated screens, diagnostic & discovery stations. The integration of various elements allowed us to create a soft and comfortable atmosphere. Our Results: The new design enhances the overall customer experience and “shop-ability”by demonstrating: a clear expression of each expertise through delicate presentation of both products and services; a soft balance between modern design and comfortable environment; a clear and elegant presentation of the brands displayed contributing to a premium shopping experience; and unexpected sales results.
